Recovering a cross-border CRM cloud migration

A custom CRM moved from on-premises to the Microsoft cloud, with a significant data migration, in two country go-lives. After the first go-live needed months of rework, I changed how the technical team worked, and the second go-live ran smoothly.

A working CRM prototype in 10 days

An aviation organisation planned to move an on-premises CRM to the cloud, but an earlier requirements phase had produced no working system. I switched to hands-on prototyping with a key user and delivered a working CRM prototype in 10 days.
